Return/Exchange of Products can be arranged under the following reasons:
  • If the product(s) has been delivered in a damaged or defective condition; or
  • If the product(s) is out of date or expired; or
  • If the product(s) is different from the order placed

Please contact our customer service within 7 working days upon receiving your parcel for any request of exchange. Any notification or request after 7 working days will not be entertained.

Kindly return the item in its original packaging along with the tax invoice and free gifts that come with it (if any). We will arrange for a replacement upon receiving your returned item.

Any delivery costs incurred during the return process will be refunded to you via a store credit, provided that the original delivery receipt has been emailed to our Customer Service.

The following guidelines apply for any request of exchange or return:-
  • Our customer service team will perform an inspection on the returned goods before arranging for an exchange.
  • Free gifts cannot be returned individually or exchanged for cash or credit.
  • Customers must attach the following documents for returns to be processed:
    1. Product Return Form – will be provided by customer service
    2. Product(s) to be returned
    3. Copy of tax invoice
  • For wrongly delivered product(s), the customer will be required to notify us and return the wrongly delivered product(s) before we arrange for the correct product(s) to be sent to the customer. The returned product(s) must be unopened.
  • Should the replacement product(s) be out-of-stock, the customer can request for:
    1. Alternative product(s) of the same value; or
    2. Refund in term of store credit for the next purchase
  • Should the replacement product(s) value be higher than the purchased item, the customer will have to pay the difference. The company will process the store credit within 90 days upon receiving the returned goods.


We regret to inform you that we will not be responsible for any loss of product(s) during the return transit. We strongly advise for you to obtain a proof of delivery from your postal / courier service for tracking purposes.
