Your Trusted Source of Natural Vitamin D3 for Prevention of Health Conditions Related to Vitamin D3 Deficiency

SORIA-D contains Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) which is critically important for good health.

Vitamin D3 plays an integral role in various bodily functions – an example is aiding the normal, healthy development and maintenance of bones and teeth. Vitamin D3 helps our body to absorb and utlilise calcium & phosphorus which are two key building blocks for healthy, strong bones and teeth. Calcium and phosphorus actually make up the main structural component in tooth enamel and bones.

Vitamin D3, together with calcium defends us from bone-related health conditions like osteoporosis, which make bones brittle and weak.

In fact, Vitamin D3 has major roles in our cells’ life cycle. This is why our cells need it to function optimally. Vitamin D3 is so vital for good health and wellbeing that our body produces it on its own – but only when our skin is exposed to adequate sunlight.

Vitamin D3 deficiency is common due to risk factors such as:

  • staying or confined indoors for long periods
  • limited sunlight exposure
  • regularly wearing long-sleeved clothing that covers the entire body
  • sunscreen usage
  • inadequate dietary intake
  • dark skin

Vitamin D3 can be acquired from foods but the amount is low. You can now enjoy the beneficial goodness of Vitamin D3 in a convenient tablet with SORIA-D.

SORIA-D is a high-strength (1,000 i.u.) Vitamin D3 supplement that contains the bioavailable form of natural Vitamin D3 for the normal development and maintenance of strong, healthy bones and teeth, optimal functioning of bodily functions, fighting diseases and prevention of health conditions related to Vitamin D3 deficiency.

Q1. If I stay in a tropical sunny Malaysia, do I still need to take Vitamin D3?

Yes. Because most of us are not regularly out in the sun for fear of skin cancer, skin problems (eg. pigmentation, age-spot) and wanting to maintain fairer skin. We spend majority of the day inside the office or in our home. Since it is also difficult to get higher levels of vitamin D through food, the best option is taking a high quality vitamin D3 tablet as supplement.
